Since we are not a big team or business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you once the order is placed.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or never reaches you:

We will reship the item at no additional cost.

If the reshipment also fails to arrive, we will issue a full refund.
