Every item is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before your parcel is handed off to the carrier. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday & holidays) production may take slightly longer.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. The first scan may appear within 24–48 hours. Multiple-item orders can ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You’ll see the exact fee before confirming your purchase.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside your local region may be subject to duties/taxes collected by your customs authority. These fees (if any) are paid by the recipient.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48h to show the first scan. If there’s no movement after a few business days, contact support and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Care & Washing Instructions
Follow these simple rules to keep your streetwear looking sharp and the print fresh.
Washing instructions
Wash at 30°C
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with similar colours. Turn garment inside out to protect the print.
Don’t tumble dry
Hang dry only. High heat can shrink the fabric and damage the print over time.
Do not iron on print
If needed, steam lightly or iron inside-out on low heat. Never iron directly on graphics.
Avoid bleach & softeners
Use mild detergent only. Bleach and softeners can fade colours and affect print durability.
Do not dry clean
Solvents used in dry cleaning are not suitable for DTG prints.
Smart storage
Store folded or on a wide hanger. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Do
- Wash inside-out on gentle cycle (30°C).
- Use mild, liquid detergent.
- Remove promptly after wash to avoid creases.
- Steam lightly to smooth — low heat, inside-out.
Don’t
- Don’t tumble dry or dry clean.
- Don’t bleach or use fabric softeners.
- Don’t iron directly on the print.
- Don’t soak garments for long periods.
